From listing to agent order
The official Hipobuy home page describes a shopping-agent service: enter a product link, place an order, wait for the seller to ship to its Chinese warehouse, review the inspection result and then select items for international delivery. This independent directory helps with the first step. Open each card’s exact destination listing and confirm the current variant and price before ordering.
Order states and storage
Hipobuy’s Order Status Display distinguishes “Arrived,” which awaits inspection, from “Stored.” It states that stored orders have 90 days of free storage. Keep the seller URL, selected size or colour and order number together. A long storage period does not extend the separate return window.
The actual cost
Hipobuy’s Service & Fees page says its shopping-agent service is free. It separates the product price and seller-to-warehouse shipping from international delivery and customs-related charges; optional services may add costs. Check the live parcel quote instead of treating a product-card price as a delivered total.
